How do you market my property to attract guests?

We create high-quality listings with professional photos and engaging descriptions, and we list your property on multiple high-traffic rental platforms. Additionally, we use targeted marketing strategies and various pricing techniques to increase visibility and attract more guests.

Pricing

How is the property pricing managed?

We analyse comparable properties in the area to assess their pricing, considering features, location, and condition. Our pricing is influenced by various factors, including location, number of rooms, seasonality, special events, cancellations. We also utilise AI based dynamic pricing tools that automatically adjust rates based on real-time market conditions, competition, and occupancy levels.

Maintenance

Who will manage the maintenance of the property?

It's up to you, you can manage the maintenance yourself or if you would like us to support, we can do that for a small fee. If it's a small issue we will fix it quickly but if it is something that need extensive work or replacement, we can arrange this for you. You can allocate a budget for general maintenance which will be used for minor issues, and we'll get in touch with you if the repair is costly.

Guest Access

How will guest access the property?

Most of our properties offer a self-check-in option, allowing guests to access the keys via a key safe. The access code is provided a few hours before the scheduled check-in time. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Accidental Damage

What happens if a guest damages my property?

If a guest damages your property, our housekeeping team will promptly notify us with photos. We will then contact the guest through the booking platform to request payment. If the guest refuses, we will file an insurance claim with the platform.

Housekeeping

Who will pay for the housekeeping?

Housekeeping services like cleaning and linen are paid by the guest so you don't need to pay anything extra. We can re-stock toiletries for you for a small fee which will be added to the monthly invoice.
